Commission & Refund Policy
All commission requests I accept are handled professionally and with a focus on quality. Once a commission has been started and work has begun, cancellations generally do not qualify for refunds. I only issue refunds where I cannot complete the project due to my demonstrated inability to deliver the agreed scope, or where a significant fault in the delivered work is clearly my responsibility.
Client dissatisfaction stemming from changes in personal preference after work has begun does not constitute a valid reason for refund. Communication is vital — I encourage open dialogue so I can align work to your expectations and address concerns promptly.
